Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
The service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if no work has started.
Due to the customized nature of the service, completed work is non-refundable.
